Reclining Buddha |

And Pad Thai, of course, which tastes remarkably like the King & I on Charles Street on Beacon Hill.
We've actually experienced quite a bit so far in our first day and a half here including:
- temples and buddhas galore
- sweating galore
- one possibly pick-pocketed tissue pack
- one ATM card swallowed by the gaping maw of Bangkok Bank
- an initial foray into the wonderfully greasy and questionably hygenic world of street food
- one very large reclining buddha
- one questionably small "emerald" buddha (actually made out of "jade")
- one gentle redirection by Royal guard pointing gun to indicate proper egress
- many Thai beers of varying temperatures
Well, you get the idea. We think we'll take a cue from the monks and slow it down a notch.
